Brix Contractors acts as a consultant and connector. We help homeowners find qualified contractors and assist contractors in finding projects.
We are not the contractor performing the work. Any construction, renovation, or related services are provided directly by the contractor you choose to hire.

2. No Guarantee of Work

We strive to connect you with reliable, licensed, and insured contractors, but we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by a contractor.
All agreements, contracts, warranties, and payments are strictly between the homeowner and the contractor.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your project or business.
Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse, resell, or exploit our services without authorization.

4. Contractor Responsibilities

If you are a contractor using our services, you agree to:

Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance as required by law.
Provide truthful and accurate information about your services.
Deliver services directly to homeowners under your own contracts and agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Brix Contractors is not liable for damages, losses, disputes, or claims arising out of work performed by a contractor.
We are not responsible for delays, costs, workmanship, or safety issues related to contractor services.
Our liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is limited to the consulting fees (if any) paid directly to us.

6. Payments

Homeowners pay contractors directly for work performed.
Contractors may pay Brix Contractors consulting or referral fees, as agreed in writing.
We are not responsible for collecting or handling payments between homeowners and contractors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, graphics, etc.) belongs to Brix Contractors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or misuse our platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
